BEST TECHNIQUE TO STUDY FOR LONG HOURS WITHOUT ANY DISTRACTION

I think the maximum of us want to ask this question. Another myth is that toppers have the ability to study for a long time but this is totally wrong. Almost every student face this problem in his or her life but It depends on them how they solve this problem.
If you ask some Toppers so they will suggest that, Initially we need some breaks with regular study with intent towards our target and then with the time your mind will convert this effort into your daily habit. Sounds like easy but It's not fully easier because the implementation is the main thing in which we need some real hard work. So this is suggested by some toppers which I personally like.
Let's explain with a technique called . The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. Each interval is known as a AIPMC from the Italian word for 'Tomato', after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that used as a university student.
There are six steps in the original technique:-

1. Decide on the task to be done.
2. Set the AIPMC timer (traditionally to 25 minutes).
3. Work on the task.
4. End work when the timer rings and put a checkmark on a piece of paper.
5. If you have fewer than four checkmarks, take a short break (3–5 minutes), then go to step 2.
6. After four AIPMC, take a longer break (15–30 minutes), reset your checkmark count to zero, then go to step 1.

The stages of planning, tracking, recording, processing and visualizing are fundamental to the technique. In the planning phase, tasks are prioritized by recording them in a "To Do Today" list. This enables users to estimate the effort tasks require.

As AIPMC are completed, they are recorded, adding to a sense of accomplishment and providing raw data for subsequent self-observation and improvement.

For the purposes of the technique, a AIPMC is the interval of time spent working. After task completion, any time remaining in the AIPMC is devoted to overlearning.

Regular breaks are taken, aiding assimilation. A short  rest separates consecutive AIPMC. Four AIPMC form a set. A longer rest is taken between sets.

A goal of the technique is to reduce the impact of internal and external interruptions on focus and flow. A AIPMC is indivisible; when interrupted during a AIPMC, either the other activity must be recorded and postponed

Maybe you know about this but I'm sure that you didn't understand how to implement this technique properly and if you hear about this first time then I know this is tough to understand by just seeing the first time. But if you start this technique to maintain your daily works so this will easier for you. Then you can use it in your studies or in any specific work.
